At our restaurant you can enjoy dinners offering traditional dishes of the three regions at our borders: Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, all enclosed under the name of Tuscia. We are rediscovering the poor and simple traditional way of preparing local food; herbs, poultry, games courtyard animals and organic vegetables and fruits.

Our dining rooms may be used for functions and tasting, while overlooking the square of Civitella is the Osteria dell'Istrice (The Porcupine's tavern), a wine bar where, during its opening periods, you may enjoy a relaxing drink in a pleasant atmosphere

Children are welcome and will be served special menu.

Before dinner guests may visit beneath the house our undergorund picturesque and cool cellars carved out of the local tufo stone, reach about 15 metres down into the earth, providing an ideal environment for the production and conservation of Mottura's sparkling wine.

In the Summer period, moreover, you may cool down at our private salted swimming-pool; a blue spot situated amongst the vineyards, overlooking the Tiber valley only about three km. away from the village.
